I spent a delightful four days in the caravan park at Bridport and we would have stayed longer but the site we were on was only available for that time. The caravan park is really the old foreshore and is quite cheap. The peak rates are around $20 a day for 4 people. As it was still in the Summer school holidays the place was packed with lots of families sunning themselves on the beaches. The old jetty was too good to resist and I took lots of shots of the lovely old remains.

Well I was going to start a new thread with pics from Derby and surrounding areas, but I forgot that I am returning to the mainland on the 19th, doh! Never mind I will upload a couple and officially start sometime in April. Of course I have enough pics in my archives to tide me over while I am away, but I don't think that is what this thread is about. It would be much nicer to get out each week and make sure the pics are current.

Love these threads so much, that I thought I'd start one too. To kick things off, I'll post two photos one from last week, and one for this week so I'm on track for a March 2010 start. First one is a new resident I found had moved in while I was away in Tassie. It's an albino Ring Tail Possum:
