Hi,

My partner Tim and I recently bought a little place in the Huon Valley.

We planned to move down in the new year but it looks like a job has popped up sooner than planned and we will hopefully be heading down in the next couple of months...

I've been reading the forums and lots of our questions have already been answered - so thanks for all the great advice!

Cheers,
Nat

Hi there Nat, your heading to a great part of Tassie, not to far from the big city. Although supermarkets in Huonville can often be cheaper than Hobart. Hopefully we'll see some pics posted from your area soon. Posted Image

Some, walk in the rain, others, just get wet.

Hello Nat and welcome to the forum, I'd love to see some piccys of your new place, always had a soft spot for the huon valley, reckon if we moved over there, (which will be never as the minister for housing has stated no foreign lands for us) it would be that region, anyway enjoy the forum and dont be scared to jump in anywhere!
Be who you are and say what you feel, because those that mind, dont matter and those that matter, dont mind!!!

if you come across someone without a smile,.................. give them one of your's....... and watch it grow!

never be mean with a kind word, ........................you may need one yourself one day!

just as I get used to today along comes tomorrow!

Hi Nat, and welcome. As said above the Huon is a nice sport, and reasonably close to the big smoke. Looking forward to seeing you around here more and sharing in the new adventure.
