Hi Guys,
Does anyone know a decent hotel/pub in Launceston?
I need to stay overnight as my flight arrives too late to catch the coach to Queenstown.

You could have some probs with accommodation as it AGFEST weekend. Launceston and surrounds is usually booked out.
But anyway....
Try Launceston Backpackers on Canning St ... Have not tried it myself but most reports are good.
Basically cheap and cheerful and can get your own room if need be.

Also its not to far from the Tassielink bus depot. 2 Blocks to the NE then 2 Blocks to the NW.

Forgot to mention there is usually a shuttle bus to the city from the airport.
Some, walk in the rain, others, just get wet.
