We hired a motorhome in tassie for a 11 day holiday. On the 3rd day we filled up with diesel in Queenstown not knowing that the fuel bowser had been playing up and that the servos tank needed cleaning. Thenext day we had many mechanical issues and then the vehicle finally just stopped and was taken off the road needing much required mechanical work on it. Not only did we have to hire a vehicle through another group because another motorhome was not available, we also had to pay extra for accommodation, we are receiving a huge bill from the mechanic, the servo has not admitted liability and we are having our own issues with the motorhome company. There is a clause on the terms and conditions about contaminated fuel in motorhomes, but seriously you dont think this would happen. This whole situation not only blew out our holiday budget by $1000s but it has caused considerable stress on my husband and I. Please be careful with dodgy servos.

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those that mind, dont matter and those that matter, dont mind!!!
if you come across someone without a smile,.................. give them one of your's....... and watch it grow!
never be mean with a kind word, ........................you may need one yourself one day!
just as I get used to today along comes tomorrow!

Sorry to hear about this. Being a resident of Queenstown and owning a car that uses diesel, I regularly buy it and have not had any problems.
