WEEK 39.

I've actually got 2 shots to show off this week. The first one really blew me away and you may have seen it on flickr if you go there. The second was taken when we went for a wander the other day. It is of the old church near our house looking over to Mt Read.

Enjoy!!

WEEK 40

We had a couple of clear nights here this week, so I decided to see what sort of night shots I could get. This one turned out the best.

It is taken from our back door step. It was taken at 9.40 PM at F2.8 with an exposure of 10 secs.

WEEK 41

This week the weather has been up and down like a yo-yo. A couple of days ago we were getting close to 30 deg C. Yesterday and today so far it has been cold and wet and I'm sure we saw a light duting of snow on the mountain through a break in the clouds earlier. I REALY LOVE LIVING HERE!!!

On one of the warmer days I went for a wander and did find some cool little critters. This image is my favourite.

The year is really getting on. This morning I couldn't sleep so I though I would get up and when I looked out the window there was snow on the mountain, again. I really do love living down here.

here's my shot for this week. A Snowy Mt Murchison hump taken at about 7 30 this morning.

WEEK 43

Been wandering a fair bit this week. Most days the weather has been fine. This weeks shot tho comes from our back yard. It is taken looking towards Zeehan. I just loved the colour and the clouds hanging just above the mountain.

WEEKS 44 & 45

Arrgh!!! I missed a week, I was so busy with other things I completely forgot. We have been to Zeehan a couple of times over the last couple of weeks. I really like going there, there is a feeling of being at home. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is very laid back.

My favourite place there at the moment is the golf course. It's an awesome little course which is challenging, you can read more about it here.

My shots for the last two weeks come from Zeehan

This shot was taken from the 8th fairway looking overto the mountains at the back of the course.

WEEK 46

yay.gif!!! Back on time biggrin.gif

This week the weather has been a bit of a mixed bag, sunny, rainy, windy and just about everything else in between. Despite the clouds hanging around most days, there have been some really brilliant sunsets happening. My shot for this week is one of those sunsets, taken from our backyard on friday.

I really like the pinkish and purple tones in the sky.

Been busy with other stuff this week but wanted to show off a night shot experiment. It is a long exposure shot of about 20 seconds. Taken from our back yard looking up to Mt Read, heaps of stars in this shot.

WEEK 48

This week's shot was taken on Christmas Day while standing in the middle of the main street of Rosebery. I really like the way Rosebery decorates the main street at this time of year.

WEEK 50

Went for a few walk around town this week, when it wasn't raining, but I didn't get any shots that I would like to show. I did however play with a few shots from previous trips away. This week my shot is from a trip a couple of years back. It is a paddock just south of Deloraine. Enjoy!

Actually, I got a nice today that I would like to show off.

WEEK 52

Wow it has been a year.

MY shot this week is of my favourite mountain, Mt Murchison. We can only see half of her today but she is still beautiful.

The image was taken a few days ago while on a wander.

Enjoy.
