Villarett Gardens - Moltema have you heard of this place or maybe even been there ? it's a garden - accomodation place just out of Elizabeth Town on the Bass Highway between Launceston and Devonport,
I'm going there on the weekend to catch up with a friend take some photos and eat some fine Tasmanian food ,
found it hard to get decent info online about this place so am hoping someone will know more about it, if not I guess I will have to update this after I come back and share a couple of photos with you all too .

Hhhmmm well umm errr I met up with my Friend Mary at the Elizabeth Town Bakery where we left one car and travelled together over to Villarett Gardens, stopping on the way to take a couple of photos of the surrounding landscape and things , we found the gardens easily sign posted and drove up the driveway commenting that so many cars where there a function must be on,
We wandered around noticing a modern building full of people eating and talking but decided not to go inside it all looked rather private, we wandered just a little more noticing all the gardens had a well built fence around them ,
So we decided we had come to the wrong part surely this wasn't the gardens Mary had been to years ago or that I had seen from the road long ago, so I drove back down the main road a bit found the original entrance with a closed gate and a sign leading to where we had just come from but only saying about the restaurant area not the gardens, so we came to the conclusion the gardens arnt open to the public either at this time of the year or anymore.
So instead we wandered into Deloriane and had a fantastic day photographing a old Church, ducks, flowers and different objects to use as textures in layers , we both had another wonderful day out in Tasmania .
