Went for a bit of a wander around the Ring River today, which is off a fork at the start of this track. Found one of the locals warming up in the sun, and decided to leave it there protecting the track for us

Around 11 am or 11.30am start ok Anna ? Main reason we'll be latish is the partner of one of the walkers has to work until 9am that day , so will have to wait for him. I'm thinking 2 hours going through Wilmot Road through Cradle Link , does that sound right ??
