This house is technically a share house, but the other person will not be there very often. The person who owns the house I am currently renting has a number of properties around Queenstown and this current house for rent is where he likes to stay when he needs to overnight here. He may only be there one or two nights per week, or you may not see him for a month.

The house is a large 3 b/r fully furnished and I think fully equipped house. Older style, but looks comfy. Owner maintains his properties well and is always willing to ensure tenants are comfortable in the houses he owns. I would recommend this guy to anyone.

This house is on the main highway heading into town, but on the eastern edge of town, and is an easy, fairly level walk into the town centre. Asking only $70 per week rental with the condition that the owner is able to stay overnight when required.
