Sorry bout seeming to post and ask 150 question then dissapear we been busy. Our plans have changed somewhat, instead of hoping to get to Tassie this year (we still would like too in an ideal world) we are considering leaving it too the end of next year. I work for myself and I put time and money into something a while back I will struggle to raise the funds I was hoping for by the end of this year. Also after talking to my family, my 2 sisters who own thier own houses may be able to raise some money to lend us and if we put that togeather with money we have saved its near half a house in Qeenstown (its the door knob here) so if we took another year and saved and hassled the bank there is every chance we may be able move there and buy a house so at this stage it is looking the better option, as opposing to going sooner and renting. So we will drop in here from time to time cos you are good people and one day we will buy you all coffee (:
